Shipping Policy |

Shipping: Specific routing must be indicated or the order will be shipped via the carrier of our choice, freight collect. Alphaville Design’s negotiated discounted freight programs with its carriers are available to its customers on freight collect basis, unless the customer has negotiated different rates with that carrier. Upon request, Alphaville Design will provide freight “estimates”, not firm quotes, for NON-drop shipment orders.
There is a $5 per Carton (Ground or White Glove) or per Pallet (Freight) Handling Charge for all drop-ships. Not all products can be drop-shipped. Alphaville Design does not provide freight quotes for drop-ship customers. All drop-ship freight charges will be charged to the customer’s freight account. Alphaville Design does not prepay freight or process customer freight claims. Alphaville Design is not responsible for freight damage or items lost in transit. Customer is responsible for processing all freight claims directly with the freight company.
