Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior written return authorization (RA) number. Claims for defective merchandise or partial shipments must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery receipt. Any return without an RA number will be refused by the warehouse. All returns must be sent to us on prepaid basis. The warehouse may refuse inbound shipments on freight collect basis. After inspection and acceptance, we will issue a credit towards your account. Customer is responsible for all freight charges, unless the issue is due to our order processing error. Returns are subject to 30% restocking free for regular stock items in unopened cartons and in saleable condition. |
