Payment: Prepayment is required for the first two orders. Upon receipt of a signed Credit Application/Dealer Agreement, bank authorization form, and approval of credit by Alphaville Design, credit terms are Net 30 days. Alphaville Design reserves the right to withdraw credit terms at any time. Past due accounts are subject to a 1% per monthly finance charge. NSF checks are subject to a $35 penalty charge. Any litigation that may occur on the account will be settled in Alameda Count, California. Customer is responsible for any collection and legal fees incurred. COD is not available. Payments can be made by company check (if approved), wire transfer, or cash. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is accepted, but subject to a 1.5% processing fee.
